Last night at the City County Building the Knoxville Mayor’s Council On Disability Issues (CODI) hosted a forum on disability issues.
Mayoral Candidates Fletcher Knoxville Burkhardt, Marshall Stair, Indya Kincannon, Eddie Mannis and Calvin Taylor Skinner all participated. Michael W Andrews was unable to attend.
